Do you accept insurance?
I accept most insurances including, but not limited to, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, United Health Care, Medicare, Medicaid, NC Health Choice, State Health Plan, Value Options, Carolina Behavioral Health, Aetna, and NC Health Choice. Payment plans are also available for individuals without insurance or very high insurance deductibles.
How long are the sessions?
Counseling sessions usually last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. In this way, with longer than the average 45-50 minute sessions, at no increased cost, the client and I can more easily accomplish objectives and goals of therapy without feeling overly rushed. I have found this to suit my clients, as well as my nature and philosophical approach to the counseling experience.
